Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 12, 2026. This policy explains how Nexentrix collects, uses, shares, and protects your information.

Nexentrix IT Services LLP ("Nexentrix," "we," "us," or "our") provides a done-for-you job application service. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy applies to nexentrixitservices.com (the "Site"), our services, and any forms we run through advertising platforms such as LinkedIn.

By using the Site, submitting a form (including LinkedIn lead forms), or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

  • Contact and lead details — your name, email address, and phone number when you submit our contact form or a LinkedIn lead form, or contact us by email or WhatsApp.
  • Job-search information — if you become a client, your resume/CV, work history, education, skills, target roles, location and salary preferences, LinkedIn profile, and other details needed to apply to jobs on your behalf.
  • Communications — messages, feedback, and support requests you send us.
  • Payment information — payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs, collected through standard server logs and cookies or similar technologies.

Information from third parties

  • Advertising platforms — when you respond to our ads on LinkedIn or other platforms, we receive the information you submit through their lead forms (such as your name, email, and phone number).
  • Job platforms and employers — status updates related to applications we submit for you.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve our services, including applying to jobs on your behalf and optimizing your resume and LinkedIn profile.
  • Respond to your inquiries and contact you about our services (by email, phone, or WhatsApp).
  • Process payments and manage your account.
  • Send service updates and, where permitted, marketing communications (you can opt out at any time).
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Applying to Jobs on Your Behalf

As part of our core service, and only with your authorization as a client, we submit your personal information (such as your resume and contact details) to third-party job boards, applicant tracking systems, recruiters, and prospective employers in order to apply to roles you have targeted. Those third parties process your information under their own privacy policies.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

  • Employers, job boards, and recruiters — to submit applications on your behalf (clients only).
  • Service providers — vendors that help us operate, such as web hosting, form/email delivery, payment processing, and analytics.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) may use their own tracking technologies subject to their policies.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including HTTPS encryption in transit) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
